Southern Alberta · Since 2002

Built by people who know the work.

Syncore grew from a five-person crew into a multi-service underground contractor by taking on hard crossings, buying the right equipment and keeping good people in the field.

The company

Local roots. Long-term capability.

Clint and Amber Capton started Syn-core Directional Ltd. in 2002 in Coalhurst, Alberta. The original crew had five people and a practical fleet: two pit machines, a 36-inch auger, a UTI drill and a backhoe.

As the work became more demanding, the company added larger directional drills, hydrovac, guided augering, pipe ramming, plows and HDPE fusion. Today, more than 20 team members support underground projects across Alberta, southern BC and Saskatchewan.

The approach has stayed straightforward: understand the ground, bring the right equipment, communicate clearly and finish the work safely.
